the hacienda motel was a real letdown. first, the bathroom window didn't lock, how very comforting, and don’t even get me started on the lack of lighting near the bed. after all my troubles, you'd think they would at least offer a complimentary upgrade or something, but no. I just couldn’t leave a good review.

Also, the location was perfect for visiting a spectacular waterfall. The staff were friendly, and our rooms had all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
